The Mono and Multilayer Sheet Lines ensure easy operation and their output range is from 110 kg/hr to 700 kg/hr and width ranging from 540 mm to 1400 mm. They are available in five layer configuration to produce different polymers such as PVC, PS, PP, PE, PET and ABS. They feature vented extruder, grooved/smooth feed barrier screw extruder, gravimetric blending or dosing, continuous screen changer, melt pump, air knife and independently driven polishing rolls stack. These also have anti-static bath, online thickness monitoring or controlling system, in-line sheet cutter and dual turret winder, sheet accumulator. These are used in the plastics industry.
